Microkinesitherapy / Microphysiotherapy is a technique of care performed by the therapist’s hands without the aid of any instrument.
It is therefore defined as a “special skill”, offered to health professionals who are authorized and authorized by the authorities of their country to treat manually.
In France, physiotherapists and doctors fall into this category as well as veterinarians for care of animals.
So far, training in microkinesitherapy is reserved for physiotherapist masseurs.
Remember that a training in microkinesitherapy in no way equates to authorization to provide care.
It only provides an additional “tool” for those who are already permitted to administer care in this area.
